What is the most urgent need of the church today !?
It is to have the Knowledge of god.!
And one of the foundational ways is to pray and get to know that.!
Ephesians 6:18 NLT
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
What is prayer.?
Prayer(Latin word pricaria )
it is asking what u need
yes it might sound self centered but it’s not just that . But it’s a point that we should ask God according to his will !
Mat 6.5 CHRIST SAYS WHEN U “PRAY” its assumes that hi followers will pray.!
Also a follower of chirst we are supposed to do what we are meant to do.!
And next
WHO DO WE PRAY TO?
Mat 6:9 it says Our father .!
And in. Exodus 4:22 NLT
“Then you will tell him, ‘This is what the Lord says: Israel is my firstborn son.”
Establishes a Father and children relationship between God and us
Deuternomy ch 32 v9-15 says how well God the father has taken care of his children.
Isaiah ch 63 v16 – You are our Redeemer from ages past.
Emphasising on trinty.

But who do we pray to?

What are the excuses that we give for not praying !?
- We are to busy to pray

Shame encourages us TO HIDE from God.!!
So do not be Ashamed to pray

1. Plan ur prayers.!
Some prayer is better than no prayer
2. JOURNAL A PRAYER try to include scriptures
3. Develop a prayer partner
4. Choose a good model of prayer
