Mark 2:1-13
Matthew 26:26
The Passover meal represented the coming out of Israelite from the slavery of Egyptians
-The Unleavened bread was to show the hurry that they left in
-The Passover lamb was in remembrance of the blood that saved the Israelites from the Spirit of God that passed by and killed every 1st born.
-The bread is representation of the Lamb of God, Jesus who was given away for sacrifice.
-The blood marks the covenant that says that His blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins.
-We must examine as we have not lived according to what God wanted us to.
-Even as we take the bread, we have a hope that we will reunite with Him.
