WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE

Spiritual Warfare : Battlefield of the mind
We need to make a decision whom to choose, the Truth or the lies.
God sanctifies us from selfish to selfless nature.
The Holy Spirit dismantles the threefold nature of man. (Body, should, spirit)

1.  Helmet of Salvation

(Acts 4:10-12
Romans 10:9-10)
Knowing Jesus as your Lord and saviour and confessing from your mouth
(1Cor 2:16)

2.  Breastplate of Righteousness 

(Philippians 3:8-9)

The Position of righteousness (in Christ, not your own deeds) will take you to eternity but the
Practice of Righteousness will help you in the day to day life
Protection of Righteousness (Eph 4:22-24) – absolute surrender of heart to Jesus

3.  Belt of Truth

The belt holds the armour
(John 14:6)
If the belt of truth is taken away, it makes us completely exposed.
Put action to your conviction.
Faith is all about action.

4.  Shield of Faith 

(Galatians 2:20)
Once deep conviction takes place from the Spirit, the fruit of the Spirits show up and transformation takes place.
Faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the Word Christ.
Hebrews 12:2
Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our Faith.
If we want to be like Christ, we have to be ready to be crucified on a daily basis.

5.  Feet protected by the Gospel of Peace

(1Cor 14:33)
The moment we take our eyes of Jesus, we will start to sink.

6.  The Sword of the Spirit

(Hebrews 4:12-13)
The sword can defend and offend.
The deeper we go in the Aord of God, the more we come to know about the Heart of God.
